Spelt flour bread with seeds

Ingredients:

  • 40 dkg  of spelt flour      
  • 10 dkg white whole wheat flour
  • 1 baking powder sachet (sodium bicarbonate)
  • 1 tsp of salt  
  • 2 tbsp of oil – 1 in the mold, the other in the flour
  • 2 glasses of lukewarm water (glasses of 2 dcl)
  • Seeds to taste (linseed, sunflower, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, etc.)

Preparation:

Pour 1 tbsp of oil in the mold. .

Stir together the flours, baking powder, salt 1 tbsp of oil, 2 glasses of water (pour 1 glass immediately, the second one add gradually) and the seeds.

Put the dough in the mold. (23 x 10 cm)   and sprinkle the seeds over it.

Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, for one hour, then take it out of the mold and let it cool down.
